wel, reducing the polygons isnt hard. you just use the move tool in sketchup to simplfy the faces. i also havnt quite finished the raer end. it needs a bit of mending and rebuilding, its not a very pepakura freindly design, i can tell you! ;D
it should take about a week and a half, perhaps two, to complete. then, i'll probably have to make "helmofon" edition, seeing as he suplleid the 3d model, but the origional will be relaesed.
P.S
to helmofon, thanks for the 3D model! ;D ;D ;D

2 helmofon, you mean like the atached pic? i decided id quite like to keep the sides as they are, to make it a bit mor curved ;D 2 hvp, its gonna be fairly detaild, bt nowhere nere as ood as cornell's aston. hes out of my legue. Attachments:

Yes, this is much better now because there are less surfaces and with papermodels the less surfaces on them the better. You know, side curves as they are now are OK aswell because it is always a compromise between good looking and making advanced curves. I examined cornells lola aston martin, and thats why I recommended making only 90 degrees connection because it looked well on aston. Good luck and update us with the progress Rgrds H

It looks great now ;D The only question is what about air ducts which normally are located on front wheel fenders? Are you going to include these details or only draw it on the fender? Rgrds H
