It's been a while since I posted something in my buil of the Williams FW42. Well it hasn't died...  The nose-section is done:   The body-section, with the difficult halo, is done too:  And the already bottom/floor-section:  Make together this:   And the it's time to do the (rear-)suspension. Starting with the brakes. I did not use the tabs but made a butt-joint instead. Makes nicer rounded curves... First mark the topdirection on the discs, before cutting!  Then add a strip of papaer with the same width. Length is not important.  Form a cilinder and there is a hardly visible seam. Then the disc can be set in the right directions, using the markings:  And all parts together make this pair:  As is visisble I often use the butt-joint at small parts. And all installed:
