I just found the first two pages of it and there were no wheels in those sheets so I am guessing some sheets are missing.

I just checked the site. There are two zip files to download (A and B) containing 3 jpgs each. They are on the download page. The B file contains the wheels.

Hi! What's the scale of the 248 F1? It is difficult to say, because it is deformed. Comparing to its width it is shorter then it should be. According the width it is in cca 1:14 as I heard.
