first, thanks for your Aston-model, which I anticipated very much. Unfortunately, I have great problems building it, as many parts won't fit correctly. It seems, as there is something wrong with the width-highth-ratio when I print the parts. For example the steering wheel messures 2 cm in the width versus 1,85 cm in the highth, so it isn't round at all.
Another problem is of part M2. It's in my prints just to small to fit between the front wheelhouse on part M1.
Is this just a problem with my printer/grafic program? (My part sides are 3309 x 4679 pixels).
Where are the images ? How are you meant to post them then ? I clicked on image and all that comes up is img img/ so I presumed you just put the url to the image inbetween them..obviously not. Oh well that was all a waste of time !
Thanks for that Robert. Now that I've put all the pics on one page I may as well continue with it like that I think. Sorry for anyone with a slow connection though ;-)
Re the paper Robert.. I havn't a clue what you are meant to use so I just used 'normal' glossy photo paper, the ABSOLUTE cheapest I could get (On a budget, NO budget !) The paper is 220gsm, 10 mil, 68lbs, 92 plus brightness, 18 Sheets for 99p :-)
I know you were meant to use some matt but I was going to buy more just for that which wouldn't get used again so I set my printer on the 'matt' sheets for 'normal' paper as I thought this would stop it looking shiney.Unfortuantely all it did was turn all the black a dark greeny colour ! Oh well doesn't look quite as bad as it sounds.
Anyway some more pics added, struggled with the front bumber, going to try and fit the intake ducts AFTER glueing all the wings/bonnet/fr. bumper together. I reckon this may be easier, Hmmmm.
