from shetchup you need to export it in a file that sketchup will see. save it to some where the go into pepakura and open the file. when you press unfold there might be some gaps theat werent there before unfolding

Guys did you thinked that it would be that easy? So why there is so less models out there and people are working on one model for weeks? Well, i'll tell your problems. You got 2 big problems, First the 3d model problem: you are trying to unfold models without doing any edits. Models has many polygons there must be less polygons, you have to imagine unfolded parts when you're modeling. Edit polygons to be able to unfold. Here comes the second problem the pepakura part. pepakura desinger NEVER makes regular unfolded parts. So you just cant unfold it with pressing the unfold button only. It will never unfold model regularly. its your job to specify the parts. so use the tool 'specify open edges' and build your own parts which you already planned in 3d modelling. Then unfold. is it regular now? no i dont think so, use the join parts tool. i hope it will be helpful.

as egen is saying u need to lessen the number of polygons each part can only have a linear curve like the upper image attached the lower one will not unfold properly in paper Attachments:
