Instead of all that words you could glue something from it together too... or? ;D Cleaning-up some "old stuff"...Robert & fellow builders, I didn't forget this famous line, so I picked-up where I left of in page 6 or so of this thread. A lot of fiddling, bending, glueing, cutting and I got some body. Together... And almost done... Robert you surprised me with the perfect fit of the parts. It took a lot of time and did the tabs one by one. With careful bending the shapes comes almost by itself!

All the best, Ponytail! It is nice to see my older stuff being getting into proper shapes And I can just with nostalgy see, how simple F1 cars were in 2011....

Some next steps: Keepin' things straight and flat whilst drying and testfitting. The 'duck'-nose:

After putting together the drivers seat and the headrest it came to joining the nose and rearbody together. Unfortunatly forgot to make some pics... Also unfortunatly was the time in between the seperate partsbuilds: the well dried glue made the constructions rather stiff and gave trouble by exact fitting. At some points, halfway and ends of the headrest, are little misadjustments which couldn't be corrected completely... By to much force the body would have been damaged.

Hello Robert,
Nice 'unknown' car! BTW: Is the first "silver" magazine still available?

Hello Robert, Nice 'unknown' car! BTW: Is the first "silver" magazine still available? It's not an 'unknown' car. It's de FD04 model from the brazilian Copersucar Fittipaldi Team. I designed this model few years ago in two versions. But they stil in project. I didn't finish them. Here some images.
