It's been a while since I posted something in my buil of the Williams FW42. Well it hasn't died...
The nose-section is done:
The body-section, with the difficult halo, is done too:
And the already bottom/floor-section:
Make together this:
And the it's time to do the (rear-)suspension. Starting with the brakes. I did not use the tabs but made a butt-joint instead. Makes nicer rounded curves... First mark the topdirection on the discs, before cutting!
Then add a strip of papaer with the same width. Length is not important.
Form a cilinder and there is a hardly visible seam. Then the disc can be set in the right directions, using the markings:

As is visisble I often use the butt-joint at small parts.
In the last weeks, after finishing Williams, I was working on the Ferrari 126C3. And today it is finally finished. I am happy with the result. This is my first model of F1 car from 80-ties. And it is for the first time I created 4 models in one year
