After almost 3 years of research and development we are proud to announce the first ever Nascar Paper Models Website! Being fans of the most exciting racing series in the world we wanted to have a full grid of miniatures of those wonderful and colorful cars. But sometimes, depending where you live it's not easy to get those miniatures. So inspired in the work of fine modelers around the world who design superb F1 paper models, we decided to create an easy, but still efficient stock car paper model. This way, we could build virtually any car of the field or even an entire grid! More than that, inspired on a racing simulation, we created templates that will allow anyone to paint his own custom car. By now we are releasing 3 Ford Taurus from the 2005 season, but there's more to come. We soon will release some Dodge Chargers from 2005 and 2006 and the new Ford Fusion! The Monte Carlo is also being developed and will be released as soon as we finish it. We'd like to thank to everybody who made this project possible. Friends that helped us with car painting, pictures, sending messages, etc... We really appreciate your support!! So, welcome to the Nascar Paper Models Website! Robert Arosteguy and Milos Harant.

Great again! BTW last night there was a short item on NasCar on dutch TV, showing Kurt Busch, car nr. 17, being overtaken in the last lap. Forgot which race/circuit it was. How much are this years' cars different from the 2005-cars. Noticed some colorscheme-changes, but how about the shapes?

Hi Ponytail, The only dumb question, is the one that goes unasked! I believe these guys are driving the same make and model car with just some minor differences. The paint jobs are different because they each belong to their own racing team and have their own sponsors. I am not a big race fan, although I love the cars, so I may be a little wrong with my answer. I am sure some other members can shed some more light on the subject for us. Anyone?

Wim, yes, the nose and tailgate(rear end) are supposed to be similar to the street versions the tube frame, and all the other body parts are identical one of the few things which is different is how the driver sets up his seat, and other little personal touches the cars have to fit a template like this one www.34raceway.com/Nascar%20Tech.JPGwww.34raceway.com/Tech%20Gages.JPGthe red ones are for the Dodge cars, blue for the Fords, and yellow for the Chevrolets little variations are allowed but no major modifications. I will try to find more info if needed Rick

Awesome! Just came across the site thanks to a link at The US Pits. Robert, maybe you remember me. About two years or so ago I beta tested the GMAC truck for you. A few months later I painted a #75 Spears truck (I've seen pics of a #75 Spears truck floating around, would that be the same one lol?). Anyway, I am so busy I didn't paint anymore cars . And we kinda lost contact. That's why I'm so happy to see that you continued this project. And got a website up! I hope to have some free time soon to start building some of the cars! Please unleash the Chevy Monte Carlo's soon hehe. I'm a Chevy man and a huge Gordon and Johnson fan. Would love to see any #24 and #48 cars! ;D Hans
