Some friends of mine are trying to build the free models of Spinler. They're having some difficulties because there are no english instructions manual. Does anybody here has these instructions? I saw intructions for some models at Modely F1. Is there any Czech to english on line translator?

Roberto, I saw a few of our Czech friends are also on this forum.... Nevertheless: if you follow the parts numbers and colors these models are fairly good buildable. some insight and imagination is required AND developed by trial&error. That's the strong part of computersupported papermodelling: always possibilities to reproduce a wasted part....

I noticed that in the sauber c22 diagram, the number of the parts seems to be in the same order of the building. Is it a standard in Spinler's models?

Google has a translator go to Google type translator. when it is up past in the URL and hit the translate button good to go.
some times when you go to a link on the same page you will need to re-translate just copy the new URL and past it in the translator at the top of the page.
if the instructions are in a bit map (bmp, jpg ect.) it will not work.
I am working on that by scanning with OCR optical copy reader. post on a web page and then translate I will let you know

It has been some time, however I have found a way to translate instructions from Czech to English. You can use this method to translate into many languages, if you have the instructions scan them and save as a bit map, I use BMP If on a web page click and save ( Ctrl C, on PC ) and save in Note Pad as text file at the button of the save menu for Encoding instead of ANSI use Unicode then go to www.free-ocr.com/ fallow the instructions, click Browse and up load your file the Czech text will be on the left side of the page again select ans save ( Ctrl C, on PC ) Now go to translate.google.com/#auto|en| at the top of the page select detect language. Past your saved Czech text in the box under that button. Then to the right of detect language you select English or what ever language you want. Hit the translate button and the translated text is now in the right column. Select and save in Note Pad or Word or what have you. It is much easier then it seems here. The web pages are straight forward and simple Ask questions if you need to MAC

Good tip about the free OCR site. I wasn't aware of it and in the past, I have had to type in the non-English instructions into a Word doc, cut and paste into Google Translate, and then paste the English translation back into Word (so that I have a have both the original and translated instructions in digital form). The free OCR software will save me a lot of time. Thanks
