I could use some detailed help on making wheels. First cutting round circles. I have a circle cutter made by Olfa, however my success rate is about one in six or eight. Secondly How does one attach the disk (wheel side wall) to the tread in a manner that is convencing? I am envious of those wheels that look perfect. And of course all this is compounded by wheels with rims and two and three piece hub assemblies. Any detailed advise would be very welcome. John

Thanks for the reply. The site you referenced certainly conveys the type of wheel and tire I for which I strive. I am also somewhat pleased to hear that I am not the only one struggling with a circle cutter. I hope someone is able to locate the link you referenced. Thanks for a geat site.

I'm going to try to contact the guy who made that BRM wheel and ask him how did he use the olfa cutter so good.

How can we find the inner and outer diameters for those rings used to give the shape to the tire?
