Site is working for me. But I'm living in Germany so there is no channeling or such.
Try accessing the website via Google Translator (paste URL there, chose "german" as original language and "german" as translation language, then press "translate"). This is like a VPN and should show the website.

now at my computer everything is allright, that racepaper.de is not down!!
