Cornell, This looks fantastic. The Aston's a very ambitious subject to start off with, and it appears you're doing well.
What 3d app did you use to draw this up? Did you create the whole model in the 3d world or start with 2d views and import them (plan, elevation, etc)? I've been toying with 3d apps trying to find one that suits my 2d Adobe Illustrator development technique and have been working most recently with AutoCad Inventor. Seems a bit overkill, really, and in general I've found the 3d/CAD world pretty alien. Are you using Pepkura for the unfolding?
I see you have Prototyp linked, so you've seen the work I have been doing... it's effectively halted until I can devise a more time-efficient design/development workflow as the by-hand 2d stuff takes an enormous amount of time. Anyhow, I'm encouraged by what I see you've done...

hi ryan, thanx for your compliment. i am your big fan. first thing: i am very bad in 3D modeling. this model is imported from addon to GTR game. after imported to metasequoia, reduce polygons, edited and separated parts. after this load entire model in pepakura and unfold. export to eps and finally edited and paint in corel...
