In any kind of society, such as a forum, you need rules. I apologize to roymatt especially. Nothing personal against you, but it's just too much. Between my post and your reply, there has been two messages such as: GIVE ME ! So... I dont know, might be feeling myself like a knight fighting for some peace, but...
Here are the rules of our forum posted in the 'news' section:
DON'T ASK FOR MODELS. « Thread Started on Apr 27, 2009, 9:50am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We told before "don't request models". From now on any member that requests any kind of model will be banned. Thank you for your cooperation.
New Policy at RPM « Thread Started on Jan 13, 2009, 11:07am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Folks, Robert and I have decided that asking for models will no longer be permitted here on RPM. We have asked in the past that the designer wishes would be honored, and that posting of email addresses would stop(it also stops you from getting spam) So if you want a model, and someone has the model you want, ask them privately, we have a very good private messaging system available to us. Any questions, ask Robert or myself Rick
(corrected) Let's make things clear! « Thread Started on Sept 4, 2006, 7:21am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Guys, first of all I want to thank everybody to make part of this board. We all here are motor racing fans for sure and this was created to talk about paper modeling of race cars. So I ask you to use this forum exclusively for that. Besides, I want to ask you to post useful issues. Please don't flood our board with posts that are useless. This is for experiences sharing, new models announcements, technical questions, etc. Don't use the board to ask when models will be available. If you want to know that, just write to the author directly. I hope you understand and keep enjoying to participate of our community.

good stuff keroliver this kind of thing can't be expressed enough. On Brawn GP's forum (brawngpmodeling.proboards.com) me, Brawn GP and twcy worked on a News board like we have here to post the rules. But it seems no-one reads them. We had a user called ferrarif60. When twcy's F60 and F1.09 were only available by email, ferrarif60 kept asking us three over and over and over again to give him the models. So I banned him, full stop. And I don't think any of us wants that to happen again.
