The red and blue lines in Pepakura are the Cut and Fold lines(can't delete them) but they do not print on the finished model.

Textures are usually added through a graphics program before importing to Pepakura.

I am not a designer, so I can't really help. However, have you tried printing the model from pepakura? Perhaps the textures don't show in the application, but reveal themselves when printed.

Obviously you have two problems.
The first one atually is not a problem. The red and blue lines are shown by Pepakura to show the folding lines and the cutting lines. It's up to you to arrange them as you like. As Rick said, they will not appear after you print.
The second problem is about the textures. As you have just exported your model from Sketchup to Pepakura, Pepakura can not find the textures. You have to use another software called Metasequoia, import your model, find the textures, and 'reconnect' these textures with the corresponding faces. After you are finished, then you can unfold your model with textures in Pepakura.
As I read your questions about Pepakura, may I guess what your next problem will be: How to print your model with the best quality ?
The best is to download a 'easy PDF creator' that works just like a printing software. When your model is finished in Pepakura, click 'File' 'Print' select 'PDF creator' And there you go.
Hope it helps. Let's keep creating !

Metasequoia is open ? Go to: Panel > Material Panel (check it's open) A rectangle will appear with the list of the textures Double click on the first name Go to: Texture > Ref > browse your computer, find the file of the texture > Enter Do the same operation for every texture The textures should appear on your Metasequoia, and then on Pepakura.
